Step 2 — Assessment videos

  1. Posture front and side
  2. Neck turn left and right
  3. Shoulder 90/90 position
  4. Seated trunk turn
  5. Toe touch
  6. Hip rotation each side
  7. Single-leg balance each side
  8. Bridge hold or single-leg bridge if safe
  9. Ankle knee-to-wall mobility

Stop anything that hurts. Good phone video is enough.

Step 3 — Optional swing videos

Step 4 — Waiver

Before training starts, Huston will send the waiver. Long Game Fitness is fitness coaching, not medical care.
